Crab Salad

1 Serving, Counts as: 1 Life Protein, 1 Life Carb 


Ingredients 
5 ounces of crabmeat, steamed
1/2 tsp parsley
1/2 tsp chives
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1/4 cucumber, peeled and diced

Directions
1. Toss together all ingredients in a medium bowl. 
2. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Served chilled.
