Ingredients: 1/2 cup egg substitute 3 slices Melba toast, crushed 1 small apple, peeled and grated 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1 packet Splenda
Directions: 1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. 2. Coat skillet with nonfat cooking spray. Pour mixture into skillet. Heat until lightly browned; flip over and brown on other side. Serve with sugar free maple syrup.
