Ingredients 1 Large onion, finely chopped 1 green pepper, seeded and finely chopped 6 cups canned low-sodium stewed tomatoes 2 cups canned pinto beans, drained and rinsed 1/8 tsp ground cloves Dash allspice 2 Tbsp chili powder 1 Tbsp cumin
