Spinach Tossed Salad

1 Serving, Each Counts as: 3 Life Carbs 

1 cup spinach leaves
1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 cup bean sprouts
3 melba toast, crumbled
2 green onions, thinly sliced 

1. Tear spinach into small pieces. Toss all ingredients together.
2. Serve with freshly ground pepper and fat-free dressing of choice.
