Fish Tacos

1 Serving, Counts as: 6 Life Proteins, 2 Life Carbs, 4 Life Fats

Ingredients:
6 oz fresh mahi-mahi
1 tsp hot sauce
1 tsp cilantro
1/4 tsp chili powder
1 100% whole wheat tortilla
1/4 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 tomato, seeded and diced
1 Tbsp salsa
1 Tbsp fat-free sour cream
1 oz reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
1. Season fish with hot sauce, cilantro, and chili powder.
2. Bake in preheated 375oF oven until firm, approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
3. Slice tortilla in half.
4. Place fish in tortilla. Top with condiments and vegetables.
