Fruited Chicken Salad

1 Serving, Counts as: 6 Life Protein, 1 Life Carb, 5 Life Fat 


Ingredients
6 ounces chicken, cooked and cut into bite-size pieces
1 Tbsp light mayonnaise
1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 rib celery thinly sliced
17 green grapes, cut in half
Dash of salt
Dash of pepper
1/8 tsp dried onion flakes 

Directions
1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; toss to mix well. 
2. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Serve chilled.
