Baked Trout

6 Servings, Each Counts as: 1 Life Protein, 1 Life Fat

Ingredients:
2 lbs trout fillet
3 Tbsp lime juice (about 2 limes)
1 medium tomato, chopped
5 green onions, chopped
3 Tbsp chopped cilantro
1/2 tsp olive oil
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp red pepper (optional)

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Rinse fish and pat dry with paper towels.
3. Place in baking dish coated with nonfat cooking spray.
4. In a separate dish, mix remaining ingredients together and pour over fish.
5. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until flaky.
