Oven Fried Fish

1 Serving Counts as: 5 Life Proteins, 4 Life Carbs, 2 Life Fats

Ingredients:
5 oz fish fillet, such as flounder or tilapia
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp paprika
Dash of dried dill
Dash of pepper
“I can’t believe it’s not butter” spray

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In a shallow bowl, combine breadcrumbs, salt, paprika, dill, and pepper.
3. Rinse fish in cold water. Lightly pat dry.
4.Dip fish fillet into breadcrumb mixture, coating each side.
5. Coat baking pan with nonfat cooking spray. Place fish on baking sheet; season with “I can’t believe it’s not butter” spray.
6. Bake fish, uncovered, until it easily flakes, approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
